Basic Principles of SMT AOI Machine
AOI is a type of automatic inspection equipment that uses optical technology to check the position, polarity, solder quality and other relevant features of electronic components on a PCB.
It uses a camera and a light source to capture and analyze images on the PCB in real time through image processing technology, and then compares them to standard or predetermined specifications to detect any unqualified components or solder quality issues.
