PICK AND PLACE MACHINE used Three-stage entry automatic connection from left to right, automatic programming after manually importing files of PCB coordinates.

Our chip shooter adopts an arch structure, it completes the mounting action of components throughmulti-axis svnchronous linkage of the X.y.Z.A axis with controlled by the CPU . Its operation uses a dual ACservo motor drive system with a fully synchronized control circuit, minimizing internal vibration, ensuringsmooth movement in the X.Y.Z.A axis direction, making the positioning and multi-angle mounting of components more accurate. The entire system has fast response speed, low noise, and smooth operation
