The so-called material throwing refers to the SMT surface mount machine not sticking after absorbing the material during production, but throwing the material into the material throwing box or other places, or performing one of the above material throwing actions without absorbing the material. Throwing materials causes material loss, prolongs production time, reduces production efficiency, and raises production costs. In order to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs, it is necessary to solve the problem of high throwing rate. The main reasons and countermeasures for material throwing: Reason 1: nozzle problem, nozzle deformation, blockage, damage causing insufficient air pressure, air leakage, resulting in material suction failure, improper material retrieval, inability to recognize and throw materials. Countermeasure: Clean and replace the suction nozzle; Reason 2: Recognition system issues, poor vision, unclean vision or laser lenses, interference from debris, improper selection of recognition light sources and insufficient intensity and grayscale, and the possibility that the recognition system is broken. Countermeasure: Clean and wipe the surface of the recognition system to keep it clean and free of impurities, adjust the light source intensity and grayscale, and replace the recognition system components; Reason 3: Position issue: The material is not taken at the center of the material, and the height of the material is incorrect (usually based on pressing 0.05mm down after touching the part), resulting in deviation. The material is not taken correctly, there is deviation, and it does not match the corresponding data parameters during recognition, which is considered as invalid material and discarded by the recognition system. Countermeasure: Adjust the material retrieval position; Reason 4: Vacuum problem, insufficient air pressure, unsmooth vacuum tube channel, blockage of the vacuum channel by conductive objects, or vacuum leakage causing insufficient air pressure and inability to pick up or drop during the process of picking up and pasting. Countermeasure: Adjust the air pressure to the required pressure value of the equipment (such as 0.5~~0.6Mpa - YAMAHA SMT machine), clean the air pressure pipeline, and repair the leakage path; Reason 5: Program issue, the component parameter settings in the edited program are incorrect, which do not match the actual size, brightness, and other parameters of the incoming material, resulting in recognition failure and being discarded. Countermeasure: Modify component parameters and search for optimal parameter settings for components
