The control of the wave soldering temperature is actually the setting of the preheating temperature and the soldering temperature. The wave soldering processing PCB circuit board will pass through the preheating zone, the welding zone and the cooling zone. The preheating temperature and the welding temperature are also related to the products to be welded. , the control needs to be adjusted according to the welding product. Next, share with you how much the wave soldering temperature is controlled?
1. Wave soldering temperature
The soldering temperature of wave soldering is an important process parameter that affects the quality of soldering. When the soldering temperature is too low, the expansion rate and wetting performance of the solder become poor, and the soldering pads or component soldering ends cannot be sufficiently wetted, resulting in defects such as virtual soldering, sharpening, and bridging; when the soldering temperature is too high , the oxidation of the pads, component pins and solder is accelerated, and it is easy to produce virtual soldering. The soldering temperature should be controlled at 250+5℃.
2. Wave soldering preheating temperature
The function of preheating is to fully volatilize the solvent in the flux, so as not to affect the wetting of the printed board and the formation of solder joints when the printed board passes through the solder; make the printed board reach a certain temperature before soldering to avoid thermal shock. Warp deformation occurs. Generally, the preheating temperature is controlled at 180~200℃, and the preheating time is 1~3 minutes.
3. Lead-free wave soldering temperature control
a. The preheating temperature is: 80℃~150℃, and the preheating time is: 40S-100S
b. The temperature of the tin furnace is: 250℃~280℃ The welding time is 2S-8S
c. The transportation speed is: 0.8m/min~1.8m/min
d. The heating slope is: 1-3℃/sec
