The temperature of the leaded wave soldering furnace is controlled at 245±5℃, and the minimum value of the solder joint temperature on the PCB board of the temperature measurement curve is 215. If the customer or product has separate regulations and requirements for the temperature curve parameters, the standard should be negotiated and determined with the customer according to the actual performance of the company's wave soldering machine to meet the requirements of the customer and the product.
